French Dip

French Dip

1-2 lbs deli fresh sliced Roast Beef
3-5 Beef bouillon cubes
1-2 cans beef broth
1/3 or less can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-12 soft French rolls
6-12 slices swiss (or other favorite) cheese

Put first 7 ingredients into a crockpot on LOW setting. Let simmer for 2-4 hours. Toast or broil French rolls, place a couple slices of roast beef, and then add a slice of cheese. Close sandwich and cheese will melt. Use remaining juice from crockpot for au jus, for dipping.
